Project Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support on-site by ensuring the
timely processing of accounts receivable/payable, payroll
and related cost control information
- Order track & resolve discrepancies as it relates to
material, rental equipment and P.O. purchases
- Analyze all financial information with an objective to control
and monitor all costs
- Maintain electronic filing of project related documentation
and correspondence
- Prepare reports to enhance Superintendent's job
knowledge in relation to project's financial performance
- Coordinate all administrative paper flow

Main qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Accounting, Business
Administration or related area and/or 1 - 3 years of related
experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-pressure, dead-
line driven environment
- Solid organizational, analytical and prioritizing skills.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Knowledge of SAP an
asset)
